As a Marketing Communications & Graphic Design Executive, you will support the development, execution, and supervision of ASEM’s marketing and communications efforts. Your role will focus on creating engaging multimedia content, corporate materials, and supporting internal and external communications. You will help shape the company’s brand, storytelling, and public presence while collaborating across teams.
Marketing Communications Strategy Support the development and execution of marketing communications strategies aligned with ASEM’s vision and goals. Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns for events, launches, and corporate initiatives. Monitor trends in the semiconductor, education, and digital marketing sectors to enhance communications strategies. Content Creation & Social Media Plan, design, and execute social media content strategies, including posts, reels, videos, and infographics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Draft engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, and internal communications. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights. Graphic Design & Corporate Materials Produce high-quality graphic designs for corporate presentations, promotional materials, reports, and other visual assets using advanced tools (beyond Canva). Plan and manage the development of visual content and corporate decks to ensure consistent branding. Collaborate with other teams to create materials that align with ASEM’s messaging and visual identity. Video Storyline & Production Develop compelling video storylines, scripts, and concepts tailored to ASEM’s programs and audience. Support video production and editing to produce high-quality multimedia content. Event & Media Support Draft opening speeches, welcoming remarks, and talking points for company events, workshops, and public engagements. Prepare responses to media questions and support press release development. Assist in coordinating event communications and promotional strategies. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on marketing campaign performance, social media engagement, and other communications metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing activities and support strategic decision-making. Learning & Development Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and communications. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to improve the quality and impact of marketing materials.
Proven experience in marketing communications and graphic design, preferably in startups or SMEs. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in content creation, multimedia production, corporate deck design, and social media campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and social media management tools. Creativity with strong storytelling, branding, and design skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
